At Ygwigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your hairpiece doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition. Please ensure the lace remains uncut and the hair has not been styled or chemically treated to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the wig in its original packaging, including all tags, silk bags, and accessories that were included in your shipment.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated warehouse address using a trackable shipping service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item is in its original state, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
